About Runwell Works
Built so the people doing the actual work have the tools they deserve.
Counties, case managers, employers, and people in recovery have been making this work with duct tape, spreadsheets, and legacy software that nobody likes. We think they deserve better.
Why we’re doing this
Employment is the hinge that swings the rest of someone’s recovery.
Stable work is one of the strongest predictors of sustained recovery and of not returning to incarceration. But the infrastructure that connects people in recovery and returning citizens with employers willing to hire them is scattered, underfunded, and built on software that was designed for auditors.
Runwell Works is our answer to that. Not a job board. An operating system for counties doing this work — with compliance, reporting, and the trust layer baked in so the people building someone’s second chance can focus on the human in front of them.

Nobody gets reduced to a label
A participant logs in and sees a job-search tool — not a file with their “barriers” listed out. The only people who see the sensitive stuff are the people supporting them, and only the pieces the participant agreed to share.
We count what actually changed somebody’s life
Brochures handed out don’t keep anybody housed. Workshops attended don’t pay rent. We track whether somebody got hired, stayed hired, and made more money at 6 months than they did at hire — because that’s what moves the needle.
The help doesn’t stop at the employment door
Housing, training, and crisis resources are hard to stitch together when every program runs on its own island. Runwell Works is part of a bigger network — so if somebody needs more than a job, we already know who to hand off to.
The Runwell Network
Built alongside housing, training, and the platform underneath.
Runwell Works is one of several products in the Runwell Network. They share identity, consent, and event infrastructure — so a participant in housing, in a CIT-adjacent program, or in a workforce program is known across services when they consent, and invisible across services when they don’t.

Who’s building this
Runwell, LLC — built by Creadio.
Runwell Works is built and operated by Runwell, LLC — a behavioral health infrastructure company. The engineering and design are led by Creadio, a small, focused team that believes public-good software should be as well-crafted as the best consumer products.
We’re open about what we do, what we don’t do yet, and what we’re still figuring out. If you’re interested in becoming a partner county, a partner employer, or just want to kick the tires — come talk to us.

Whether you’re a workforce board director, an employer, a case manager, or a funder — the early partners shape the product. And we’re still in “early partners” mode.
